How long does shipping take?

Please allow 5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped.

Our Art Store is currently configured to accept purchases shipped to addresses within the USA.

International customers interested in our artwork please contact us for a shipping quote using the contact form.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

All prices listed on the website are pre-tax and pre-import fees.

For US Customers: orders under the value of $800 should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.

For EU Customers: Orders of value greater than 22 euros may be subject to VAT upon reception depending on the source country.

For other International Customers: please refer to your own country's policies in regards to importing tax and duty.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

In the case you are charged additional tax, duty, and/or import fees, we are not liable for those payments.

If you fail to pick up the item from your local import authorities and the item gets sent back, we can only offer a partial refund deducting our shipping and processing costs.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All custom paintings and scarves sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged and/or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
